Balbir Singh Chawla
A qualified Civil Engineer and MBA, Balbir Singh Chawla has led B&B Growing since 1994. Under his stewardship, the group has delivered more than 5 million sq. ft. across industrial, commercial and residential assets, while building a ₹100+ crore rent-generating portfolio of 10+ commercial properties across North India.

Angad Singh Chawla
An NYU Stern graduate, Angad Singh Chawla began his career as a quantitative analyst with JLL in New York before joining Daiwa's investment banking teams in New York and San Francisco, where he worked on $2 billion in M&A transactions. He later became a founding employee at Pronto and was selected for Foundery's inaugural cohort. He brings a financial, analytical and entrepreneurial perspective to the group's portfolio governance and long-term growth.
